The dinner party you created for us on the eve of our son's wedding was splendid in every way. Our thematic "Taste of Boston" for 130 guests turned out to be all we had hoped for. We received many favorable comments from those attending, who were charmed by the overall idea and most complimentary of the tasty hors d'oeuvres, delicious and unusual dinner, and delectable desserts. We appreciated your knowledgeable help in putting together not on such an appealing menu of "New England delicacies", but also varied selection of canapés from your huge list of offerings. The dining tables, with their brilliantly-colored clothes and napkins, imparted a festive air, and presentations of all your culinary efforts were extremely attractive. It was such a pleasure to work with both of you and your friendly staff of servers. Everything went like clock-work, just as planned; in a word "perfect". Dear Jeff: Just wanted to take a moment to commend you on the excellent service you have been providing to Avici over the past couple of years. I especially would like to thank you personally for accommodating us no matter what the circumstances. Working with Avici can be very demanding. I'm referring in particular to the formal cocktail party in which you provided your services literally on as little as a two-day notice. I commend you and your staff for delivering such a high quality, top-of-the-line cocktail hour for over 275 employees on such a short notice. To take something as simple as a nacho chip and dip display with vegetable crudite and turn it into the art you did was incredible. I'm not even going to comment on the ice-sculpture and shrimp display, you can see for yourself how beautiful it was on the enclosed printout. And believe it or not, people are still raving about the hot hors d'oeuvres. Job well done!!!!! Not only has your organization provided us with small and large lunches, dinners for 120 plus at least once a week for the last year, and weekend meals, but you've also been able to provide us with five-star service with very little advance notice. Our company has been growing at an alarming rate over the last year and you've been able to keep right up with us. It is not unheard of for us to have fifteen or twenty meetings a week. Every time we've called, you've been able to serve us (sometimes with as short a notice as an hour). And your menu is so diversified! There are dishes on and off the menu that we've tried and they've all been great. Your recommendations are always a hit with the employees. Variety is the key with a company having this many meals brought in-house. Again, thanks for taking such good care of us! Feel free to show the pictures to all your prospective clients.
